Pay the $26.50 fee (including PayPal fees)
Holly will mail a signed application to you.
Apply for the plates at the MVA’s full service branch offices, an MVA licensed tag and title service, or mail your application to the MVA’s Specialty Tag Unit. (MVA charges an additional fee of $25)
