• Are you a Maryland resident who wishes to obtain a Spelman College license tag? If so, please send a check for $25 (made out to the NAASC Washington, D.C. Chapter) and note detailing your request to P.O. Box 91587, Washington, D.C. 20090. Once received, the chapter will send you the appropriate form to take to the DMV to initiate the process. (Note: The $25 fee required by the chapter does not eliminate the normal tag fees assessed by the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles).
